We operate a triage service for urgent problems from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
A trained member of our Patient Services Team will ask you some questions about your problem and take a contact number which you must endeavour to keep free. The Doctor will contact you on the same day.
Please be aware that our Patient Services Team may direct you to an alternative to the triage service if they feel this is appropriate, such as your local pharmacist.
